1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging HA Tech Solutions for services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are documented in a separate proposal or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables developed specifically for you are transferred to you. Pre-existing tooling, libraries and know-how remain the property of HA Tech Solutions.
4. Warranty & Liability
Services are delivered on a best-effort basis. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Anand, Gujarat.
